I went through the specified links, but my problem of understanding still
remains unresolved. I'm trying to understand what is responsible for the
display of the scrolls in the Circuit element in the Logic diagram. When a
child element is moved out of the bounds of the parent, automatically the
scroll bars appear, I am in need of a feature similar to that. Kindly
assist.
