Paul,
We had some discussion in the Eclipse Core newsgroup about a need to manage 
certificates for our HTTPS connections (Keystore, Digital Signature and 
certs)
Also the ability to define a central Credential vault for authorization.
I also believe some teams are working on an Authentication Framework upon 
log on.

Are all those at the core of ETF ?
