[news.eclipse.technology.ercp] M9 Build now available!

eUpdate, the last component that we originally planned to have in eRCP, has 
now been contributed to CVS and is in the M9 build. This component provides 
most of the function in the Desktop Update Manager. Please give it a try. We 
have also updated the components we pull from the Eclipse Platform 
(core.runtime, osgi, etc.) to the most current 3.2 versions. This has caused 
growth in the number of plugins, but they represent the same function that 
was previously available. I recommend you use Eclipse 3.2 for development 
now as several bugs have been fixed in PDE.
