and after trying it actually: at least x86 1.1 has a bug, that no jcl 
option given leads to a wrong default jcl option (jclfoun10_23), so with 
1.1 -jcl:foun11 is needed. X86 1.0 works correct.

With 1.1 the java.ext.dirs that are automatically generated seem to be 
missing one entry: .../lib/jclFoundation11/ext 
(.../lib/jclFoundation11/opt-ext is added, but contains only the jce 
provider lib, but as I see it, the provider without the j9jce base lib 
from .../lib/jclFoundation11/ext make not so much sense...).
