After I have read the install documentation of the downloadable trial 
versions more carefully (shame on me that I didn't do that first): WEME 
6.1 PPro can be started without PPro (ie just Foundation) support, just 
omit the -jcl:ppro10 or -jcl:ppro11 since the corresponding jcl 
foundation option is the standard.
