[news.eclipse.technology.ercp] Running Hello World eRCP test app

Hi All,

I'm following the document "How to develop eRCP apps on Eclipse.pdf" exactly 
but I am unable to run the 'hello world' app in the document. The error log 
below is what I'm getting when I attempt to run the project as an 'eclipse 
application'..

Does anyone know what could be going wrong?  I am using eRCP M3 in this 
example since this is what the document was written for, but it would be 
nice to be able to use M8.
