[news.eclipse.technology.equinox] PDE Product Build (3.5) does not set dropins reconciler bundle to autostart

PDE Product Build does not set reconciler bundle to autostart (that is, "bundles.info" generates with a 'false' last column for org.eclipse.equinox.p2.reconciler.dropins), which means that the dropins feature doesn't work!

We don't customize the product build much, so I'm not sure where I could go to fix this.

We ask for default config.ini in our .product.
