[news.eclipse.technology.equinox] Is there a JavaWebStart P2 Installer

Seems the simplest way to install Eclipse and RCP applications is with the P2 Installer. Have heard talk and have also seen some writeups about a P2 Installer that was JNLP enabled. Offering a JavaWebStart version would further increase the user and RCP developer install and deployment experience.

Is there a P2 Installer enabled for JavaWebStart or any work being done in that direction?
