Hi guys,

I've just re-checked with the bridge.war and http-sample from the website 
with Tomcat and can confirm that I get a correct response at 
http://localhost:8080/bridge/helloworld and 
http://localhost:8080/bridge/helloworld.html

could you send the result of an "ss" and the result of a "bundle {id of 
sample.http}" and "diag {id of sample.http}". Also if "start {id}" returns 
any sort of error message that would also help.
