I understand that this was short notice.  I was being optimistic.  As you
can appreciate, scheduling N disparate groups of people across at least 9
hours of timezone is a challenge.  In the absence of shared calendaring or
other availability info we just have to pick a time.  I suspect we will
never get all parties available at the same time.

Having said that, and as this is our first call, it would be good to have as
many people as possible together.  So, the call is moved to:

     Date: Thursday, April 10
     Time: 11:00 - 12:00 EDT
     Numbers: 1 877 211 8011 or 1 613 565 2160
     Passcode: 5432636

I hope that works for a maximum number of people.  As the need arises we may
set up a regular call time.
