Mel and I have decided to split our efforts. I'll participate in the 11 am 
meeting and represent both of us.

Thanks again for keeping the project moving and I'm really looking forward 
to discussing next steps.

Jeff,

Can we reschedule this to have more than 2 days notice?  Keith and I 
will be traveling in a car at that time and we can't guarantee cell 
phone access.  I realize you posted the following on Sunday, so 
chronologically that was 2 days in advance, but some of us really need 
that to be 2 _business days_ notice.  My wife has this strange idea that 
weekends belong to her, not IBM.

I realise that we are all eager to get going, but we would very much 
like to participate in this call.
