I have an idea:
1,in the rich edit page, you select url type,and input: 
//servername/DFS_Root/SharedDocs/Database.mdb
2,switch to html code page,you will see EPF cut //,
you must add  // by yourself.

So, your link address is file://servername/DFS_Root/SharedDocs/Database.mdb
