Hi,
  I have one question about EPF Rich Edit.
  When I add a Hyper link from EPF rich editor ,if the linked address has 
Chinese words, the rich edit will translate the address into another 
code,so I can not link to the right address.
  for example, I want to http://myweb/ÈíŒþ¿ª·¢ÏîÄ¿¶šÒå±ê׌.doc, EPF 
change it to 
"http://myweb/%8F6F%4EF6%5F00%53D1Ïî%76EE%5B9A%4E49±ê%51C6.doc",But it's 
Wrong! It doesn't work.
  What can I do? 

  BTW, when I use RMC7.0,It's OK.
