Hello everyone,

We want to announce that a release candidate for the EPF Practices is 
available for download from the EPF Web site. Everyone is invited to 
download it and perform final tests, then report anything that needs to be 
fixed for the Aug 22 release (Aug 20 is the content freeze date).
