[news.eclipse.technology.epf] EPFC is closing the project

Hi,

   I'm sharing the Eclipse shell between EPFC and Jazz; the method library 
project is in my workspace and it under Jazz versioning control.

I have noticed following:
1. I have open a library X
2. I open another library Y
3. EPFC has closed library X related project in my workspace

That is kind of undesirable behavoir since I have to reopen the project 
several times.
