The issue may be related to GB18030 characters set. As epf don't support
complete GB18030 characters. GB18030 is a character set standard from the
People's Republic of China that specifies an extended codepage and a table
for mapping to Unicode. EPF's support for GB18030 characters is limited by
the Eclipse 3.2 platform, since EPF is on Eclipse 3.2 platform. The
workaround for this issue is to use the GB2312 characters.
Also, EPF composer does not have support for plan&actual time as of now.
But you can export EPF process into microsoft project. And then project
tracing etc can be done in MSP.
