This is a long running issue. The original search facility in RMC was (as
I understand it) provided by the Java applet, which was not part of the
IBM donation to EPF. So far, we have not produced replacement
functionality to provide search through the published content.
I think that this is a popular issue - it's usually the first thing I get
asked by new users of published content.
If (like me) you want to see this feature included in a future release of
the product then there are several ways to achieve this;
1. reply to this thread, indicating your support for including the feature
2. vote on the bugzilla mentioned above
3. write the code required to provide the feature and contribute it to EPF
by attaching it to the bugzilla
Method 3 is preferred but one of the other two will do ;-)
