[news.eclipse.technology.epf] OpenUP/Basic 0.9 Alignment Review

Hello,

I'm performing a top-to-bottom review of OpenUP/Basic 0.9 in an attempt 
to make the content more "even" and align the discipline descriptions. 
The review focuses on:

* Removing content that doesn’t apply to small agile teams
* Removing excessive content that small teams are not likely to read or use
* Identifying more examples and guidance that would benefit small teams
* Align disciplines with other areas of OpenUP (e.g. using the WIL)
* General comments on discipline practices

The review of the Requirements Management discipline is complete and
