Hi everyone,

New versions of the OpenUP library and OpenUP/Basic published Web site are 
available for download at:
http://www.eclipse.org/epf/downloads/openup/openup_downloads.php.

The main changes are:
- new roadmap for the process
- new welcome page
- artifact templates in separate files
- fixes on missing relationships and incorrect links
