[news.eclipse.technology.epf] Terms used into the Preview / Published sh

Hello,

I'd like to know if there is any way to change the different words, such 
as "relationhipts", "modifies", "purpose", "description", "collapse / 
expand all sections, ..., that we can find into the Preview / Published 
sheets from EPF ?

Is there any file, library or database, where all those words are written, 
so I could change (translate) them ?
