You can find a new version of BUP published Web site for download at:

For information on the list of bugs fixed in this version, please visit:
http://www.eclipse.org/epf/downloads/downloads.php

The method library used to publish this Web site is available in CVS: 
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.epf/libraries/bup/?cvsroot=Technology_Project
but not yet in the downloads area above. It will be posted on the downloads 
area with new versions of EPF Composer tool soon.
