[news.eclipse.technology.epf] Custom Categories and Guidance Type of: Te

When selecting the 'Add' button on the 'Assign' tab for a custom category, 
Guidance of type 'term definition' is not presented for selection. All other 
types are. I was attempting to build a Custom category of 'Glossary' for 
inclusion in the applet menu.
