Hi Mauro,

Currently, there aren't plans for translation as part of the EPF project. 
The initial Basic Unified Process (BUP) content donated is written in 
English.
>From tool and content perspectives, translation to other languages at this 
point can be part of a community effort (as someone in the list already 
mentioned intention to translate BUP to Russian). Contributions on this area 
could be implementing a tool feature to export content from the library, 
which in turn could be translated and imported back.

Initial BUP content and EPF Composer are avaible on the downloads page on 
the EPF Web site (www.eclipse.org/epf).
