We plan to have a European committer meeting n February. Time still TBD. If 
you are interested in attending, please post a note. See below for meeting 
info.

Location - Either
- Utrecht, Netherlands, or
- Bilbao, Spain

Dates:
February, specific dates TBD.
Objectives
The objectives of this meeting is to allow our potential European committers 
to attend an F2F meeting to get up to speed with the project so they can be 
active contributors. Objectives could include:

Ø      Learn to know each other

Ø      Understand who plans to contribute what, and what resources are 
available

Ø      Present results from US committer meeting

Ø      Learn about EPF core technologies

Ø      Have working sessions allowing progress on relevant subprojects

Required Parameters
For this meeting to have an impact on EPF 1.0, I think the following 
conditions needs to apply:

  a.. At least one representative for each subproject that attended the 
first committer meeting in Atlanta needs to attend
  b.. At least 5 new potential committers needs to attend
  c.. The meeting needs to be held before M1 (3/1), but late enough allowing 
people to plan their trip (2/?).
  d.. We need to have a host for the meeting, as well as 1-3 people 
interested in helping to shape the agenda
  e.. It needs to be 2 days long
