Hi folks,

in several areas we have the need or desire to segment smth. but often 
this same logic concept is labeled with diff. names such as:

Segment
Store
Collection
Space
Partition
compartment

in my particular case: Xml Storage the term collection is used in the 
context of Xquery (part of that spec) while Berkely speaks of 
"containers" which hold Xml Documents.

I wonder if it would make sense to agree on one single term that we use 
for all modules that need smth. like segmentation -- and if you agree 
which term we should elect for this?
