I suggest to have a common header for both teams, such as:

but i think that needs to be agreed upon by our chiefs IMHO....

what about the list of contributing authors?
do we really want to do this?
i think it is too cumbersome and we really have it in SVN anyhow! If 
s.o. needs to have his name there, fine by me, but i dare say: 98% of 
the time it will be forgotten.
