I appreciate your idea, but I think that we should not use the recursive 
GNU style in our project name.
The simple reason for this:
We are not planing to release our software under the "GNU General Public 
License" but under "Eclipse Public License". With the GNU style acronym 
we would probably confuse the community and the users about the license 
that we use.
