Hi,

I'd like to propose an example application.

I named:
"Bresentation" = "BestSolution Presentation"

It is something similar to Powerpoint but with fewer features but 
optimized for image presentations (something all those major software 
tools break).

I'd like the software to have the following features:
-----------------------------------------------------
- Define Slides (+ Image + Texts)
- Define Playlists (including slide to slide animations)
  => ExtensionPoint for more effects
- Export to other formats
  => ExtensionPoint for more other formats (powerpoint, odf, pdf, flash)

The technolgies I'd like to use are:

- RCP + ExtensionPoints
- EMF (XMI is the main)
- Eclipse-Databinding

I know there's already software around like Picasa from Google but I 
think this is a fun project. What do you think? It is just an idea I had 
today drivening home (=> I have no line of code yet :-).
