[news.eclipse.technology.eep] Some examples

I would like to be an EEP committer, and ECF has several example 
bundles/projects to contribute...e.g:

One question:  how are these examples (and their dependencies) going to 
be distributed?  As projects/src, built bundles (by whom?), as features, 
p2 installable units ?

If answers are on the proposal please forgive...I haven't read it yet.
