Dear Committers!

We are moving forward toward project creation review. I've attached 
initial version of project creation review presentation. Specific date 
of presentation will be assigned later, but for now please, review the 
presentation and see if I forget something or you wants me to change it!

I leave Committers section (almost) empty so far, I need your commitment 
 to put your names into that document. So far I have in my list 
following Committers:

Wendell Beckwith
Alexei Sokolov
