How about these two:

- Eclipse Enterprise Component Services
- Eclipse Enterprise Component Facility

I would like to see word "Component" in the name, since project's main 
goal is to create required infrastructure to work with components 
(business or enterprise, whatever you like).


Here is a quote from project's proposal 
(http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/ecp/):
