We don't have it planned initially.  The framework will certainly 
accomodate the introduction of arbitrary protocols and associated UIs by 
plugin developers, but we haven't identified vtXXX as an initial target.

Obviously this is of immediate interest to you (LO).  Are others 
interested in immediate support for this as well?  Are there plugin 
developers out there that would be able/willing to help implement such a 
plugins..perhaps as an extension to ECF?
