Yes, indeed. We on the initial ECF team have begun making such a list
in preparation for the proposal review (to take place Nov 9) and toward
the first milestone.
We will be getting some review prep slides out on eclipse.org within the
next few days, and will be putting everything else we've been working on
during the proposal review process immediately up on the eclipse.org
site in the event of project approval on Nov 9th.
If you are interested in participating/helping with the ECF development
itself that would be most welcome. Please let me know if this is
something you would be interested in doing once the project is formally
started.
