[news.eclipse.technology.ecf] Using collaboration

I started to experiment with ECF, after installing I was able to use 
chats via MSN, Google XMPP and Skype.

But some problems are still around.

- I don't have "Communications" in the context menus in Navigator or 
Package Explorer
Is there any additional setup required?

- Trying to use the ecftcp://ecf.eclipse.org:3282/server I get 
"connection refused?
Are there alternatives available?

- Setup of a local ECF server
I tried to setup an own ECF server following the wiki 
http://wiki.eclipse.org/ECF_Servers.
I have created a Equinox directory by installing the launcher and the 
ECF SDK.  After some adjustments to the start procedure I get Equinox 
up. But the wiki mentions then to use "startApp" to launch the ECF 
server which fails.

Is there some more documentation available?
