Thanks, I did not thought when I posted this message regarding the 
copyright/license issue (which was a copyright/license mixup on my side) 
that it would be the source of so many posts.
Thank you all for the clarifications.
Anyway, I never intended to work on this courses without releasing the 
work in question for everyone to do anything with it.

I will look at this as soon as it is available.
About the translation, it seems we are several willing to translate it 
in french, and since I am sure more people would be available to do the 
same in a lot of other languages, I propose that some page be made 
available to sum up the people working on each tranlation, so that we 
could work together and that people having remarks about the 
translations could have someone to talk to.
That would also allow anyone to keep track of the progress of each 
tranlation of each course.
