Hi,

DLTK uses only subset of JRuby classes (parser), the IP process for it 
was covered by https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1137

I suppose you need new & full JRuby, so dependency on DLTK is not an 
option here. Probably it makes sense to make jruby available from Orbit.
