Hi Sheela,

E.g. you can override

public synchronized LibraryLocation[] getDefaultLibraryLocations(	final 
IFileHandle installLocation,
EnvironmentVariable[] variables,
IProgressMonitor monitor)

and return empty array.

I think this DLTK part should be improved, but most probably it would 
happen after 1.0 release.
