Over the past few months my workload has increased significantly to the 
point that I am unable to adequately provide leadership to the DESK project. 
Therefore I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Ed Burnette as 
my replacement for the DESK Project Lead.  Ed has been an active promoter of 
Eclipse technology and information resources for several years. He and I 
share a common vision for how Eclipse extended to support desktop 
technologies can produce superior IDE and RCP solutions. Please welcome Ed
