Hi Jennifer,

There are some available in the org.eclipse.cosmos.validation.tests project found in the CVS repository. Also, you can create one by selecting File -> New -> Other... -> SML-IF File from within Eclipse, though that still requires you have SML files to build up the SML-IF file. You can probably find examples on the SML workgroup's web site as well.

Let me know if you are still stuck and I'll give you more specifics.
