[News.eclipse.technology.cme] How to build CME distribution from source

Hi,

is there a central build script for building the distribution of CME, 
triggering the build.xml files of the plugins? If so, where can I find it? 
If not, what do I have to do when calling the individual build.xml files 
(ordering, variables, targets)?
