Regarding the CME, I downloaded it a few hours ago, version 0.1.2. 
 
I can see my project listed in the Concern Explorer View, but there's
nothing in it. (So 
for example, it shows "JHotDraw", but when I try to open it in the concern
explorer 
view, there are no units shown. I tried queries such as: 
 
relationship extends(class *, class *) 
relationship implements(*, *) 
relationship extends(*,*)
