[News.eclipse.technology.cme] Default concern model only shows XML files

I am trying to use CME with an old project of mine, and have found that the
default concern model model only displays the XML files in the project.

I checked that the aosd04 demo displays correctly in the Concern Explorer
(i.e. mirrors the Java package structure) and it does.  But I cannot see any
of the Java source for my project.

I'm using Eclipse 3.0 final release, and CME 0.1.2
