For the record I've installed CME 0.1.2 followed by AJDT 1.1.11 (with
Eclipse 3.0 final) and everything seems to be okay. If you're feeling
really brave you can even give your AJ projects the CME nature so they
appear in the concern explorer :)

There is just one thing to be aware of which is that the Visualiser
component is common to both, and to switch between visualising AJ projects
and visualising CME search results, you need to go to preferences ->
visualiser and select the appropriate provider.
