Hi - I've just done a clean install of CME 0.1.2 on Eclipse 3.0, (final
build
200406251208) and downloaded the CME demo projects, built the concern
model and everything appears for me (as it should) in the Concern
Explorer.....so I'm not really sure what's going on with your setup.

Can you give more details about the steps you followed which caused the
problem? Also, what platform are you running on? Does rebuilding the
concern model help? Do the full projects appear in the package explorer?
