[News.eclipse.technology.cme] cannot access methods and fields

As a result of the exception, now I am unable to access methods and fields,
the concern explorer used to show the class members (methods and fields)
that I could add to a concern model before I checked out new files from CVS.
Now the concern explorer's view is strictly limited to classes.
