This stumped me too. I downloaded the files from the contributions
directory and put them
into .../eclipse/plugins/org.apache.xerces_4.0.13. In the plugin
details list the plugin is listed, but when I try to install CME from
the update site I still get the error message. I'm pretty new to
Eclipse so presumably I've done something wrong.
