Hi Edwin,
I'm sorry. I made a stupid mistake. My tests didn't include the SVN
features. Now they do and I'm happy to announce that there indeed was a
problem and that it's been solved and pushed to our update site.
One thing though. The subversive update site was in flux today and it is
moving on a regular basis. Since the Buckminster headless feature points
into this site using <archive> entries, it will break from time to time
because I don't always know that this happens. So for now, I'd recommend
that you use the subclipse support for headless builds.
Kind Regards,
Thomas Hallgren

Hi Thomas,
Still no luck. I keep trying over and over but still get the same
errors. If it's working for you from a clean
buckminster.product-0.3.0.r07406_incubation.zip and an empty .updates
folder, then I'm at a loss why it isn't working for me.
The headless-site.xml at
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/buckminster/updates shows up
identical for me as the one at
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/buckminster/0.3milestones/updates.
Both of these look like they are up to date since they contain
org.eclipse.buckminster.core.headless.feature_0.3.0.r08021.jar. I'm
attaching the headless-site.xml here just for grins. I'm located in
the New York City metro area, by the way. I'd appreciate it if you
could diff your headless-site.xml against this one just to verify if
I've got the right one...
The problem is with javahl for both subclipse and subversive, the
versions it can't find (again) are:
subclipse: org.tigris.subversion.javahl.win32_0.0.0.jar
subversive:
org.polarion.eclipse.team.svn.connector.javahl_2.0.0.v20071221.jar
So, now I'm still not sure what's wrong and I don't have a working
installation of buckminster anymore since I deleted my working 0.2.0
version when I thought things were working but before I tried updating
the svn features. :(

Hi Edwin,
I retried just now. I don't have this problem. Not on my laptop
(Windows) and not on my Linux machine. Perhaps your geographic
location makes you accessing another mirror or something? Can you try
using
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/buckminster/0.3milestones/updates/headless-site.xml
instead, and see if that makes any difference?

Hi Thomas,
Hmm. I tried wiping out the buckminster installation and unpacking
it again from the distribution zip, and also deleting the .update
cache directory you mentioned, but I still get the same errors for
these two features. You don't have this problem for a clean install?
