No, I'm sorry. Buckminster delegates all of that to the SVN provider in use and to my knowledge Subclipse have no support for mirrors.

Ah, here I am answering my own question. There actually isn't an issue there really, what happens is when I run a build, the results change - sometimes most of the SVN checkouts work, sometimes none of them work. Perhaps something to do with network connectivity to eclipse.org

Can I specify mirror sites to make things a bit more dependable?
