[news.eclipse.technology.buckminster] modifying the version qualifier

Hi,

I'm trying to use buckminster to automate our build process.  Currently I'm 
just getting everything to work through the UI, so while doing that I've 
added the .qualifier onto the version but I haven't yet figured out how to 
modify the qualifier to be something different then the default timestamp. 
All I seem to be able to find are articles that say you can change the 
qualifier not how to, so any help would be appreciated.
