Hi,

Our last build occurred April 24.  If the projects were added after 
that, you will need to download a nightly build.  Try this one:

http://build.eclipse.org/technology/babel/babel_language_packs/W20090512-0400/galileo.php

If your project is not there, please let me know and I will investigate 
further.
